Returns, refunds and exchanges

All products sold on Ex-citation web site are guaranteed. If for any reason, the product shows any defect or doesn’t correspond to the one ordered, return it within 10 days with your way bill or a copy of the invoice from Ex-citation. 
For any other reasons, you may return the product for exchange or refund with 10 days. Shipping charges are not refundable.
